Our executive staff has a combined experience of over 100 years in logistics and transportation and it is this depth of knowledge that allows MKM to provide excellent customer service day in and day out. The biographies below give a brief description of our executive team:

William J. Hurley, CEO

Bill Hurley’s background is in merchandising and logistics, and he has over 35 years of retail experience. He has held numerous executive positions for such companies as Casual Corner and US Shoe Corporation. Prior to starting MKM in 1981, Bill was Vice President with Stride Rite. Bill started MKM as a trucking company on the East Coast, and has since grown it to a full service third party logistics corporation dedicated to customer service, which allows its Customers to focus on growing their business and other day-to-day activities.

Maeghan Hurley, Vice President of Human Resources / Corporate Counsel

Maeghan started full-time employment at MKM as Vice President of Human Resources in 2006. She had been a member of the MKM team as a seasonal employee in picking and special projects for numerous years. Prior to starting in 2006, she served as an Assistant Prosecutor and law clerk in Newark, New Jersey. Maeghan earned her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Indiana University and her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University. She has passed the bar in both New York and New Jersey, and has been granted a business license in the State of Indiana. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Indiana State Bar, and the American Bar Association.
